Grabtool and other
Hi, i'm the new one here...
First of all, Meshmolder is a really nice freeware. I've used Sculptris and Meshmixer to create my sculptures. But now i'm using Meshmolder, because of it's interface. There are two points i have.
The reducetool doesn't works. I've clicked on proceed to reduce the count of vertices, and then, when the loading bar is finished, nothing happend.
Point two is to improve the Grabtool. For my objects it's really important to have this.
Here's an example, where i need the improvement. This object is only made with a sphere. I have some problems to sculpt this:
Would be nice, if you can fix and improve this in the future. It's really fun to work with MeshMolder. Thanks for it

Alex, try installing the plugin 5 I'm doing, it adds some improvement in Grab. Install and test anything let me know.

As a reduction tool, I'm still developing it, but in my system runs well ... I will take a look

Hi and thanks for the plugin. Yep, it's much better now
I have another suggestion: The sculpting tools are good, but i have a problem with the "Add-Brush". In sculptris you can add more vertices with using this. Is there a way to add vertices automatically with this tool, or is it already implemented? This would be very good on other brushes, too (like grab, add, substract and so on).

Hi Argandos! Sculptris is a dynamic topology software and automatically creates the subdivisions in modeling. My software does not do that, but I am creating a way to solve this problem ...

That's exactly what i meant. The screenshot looks great. I'm looking forward to have this feature in Meshmolder

Hi, are there any news from "subdivisions in modeling"? Would be really easier to create more complex objects with it. Thanks in advance

No, I'm focused working with meshes with quads instead of triangles, as in Mudbox. Automatic subdivision does not work with quads and so far has been left out. Perhaps later resolve deploy as an alternative option.

Meshmolder will have automatic subdivision in Beta 2.0 version that will be released in March.

The release date of version 2.0 comes really fast. I will need meshmolder for my objects in my RPG, which starts at the end of march. Therefore, it's a really good releasedate for me.

Checked as did his model in the picture had sent me ... I advise to do for parts for ... so I made a video very quickly (remember I did fast and hands were bizarre). The next version will have several improvements how tool "mirror".

The version 3.0 will be released in april final, i working spheres modeling principal structure, how Zbrush spheres to creating mesh initial

I've tried to open Meshmolder a couple of time and everytime i got an crash. Now i've downloaded it again and -- it works! I really really like the Sketch Sphere, thanks for this good idea and implementation
With Sketch Sphere, we have a powerful tool to create better models. I will try to make a good model soon.

Great!! I'm working now in transferring Vertex Color to The Texture Map.
