Resizing Tool Panel?

Hello all,
Does anyone know if you can rezise the tools window at the bottom of the screen (the one where you can select "crease, alphas, etc.?" My monitor is an old 4:3 1024x768 resolution & I have to move the panel back & forth to switch tools.
It works fine on when I hook up my computer to a TV (1080p), but after a while on that thing makes my eyes hurt

Hi RubberDogTurd, it's simple:
Click View - Panel Modeling and again View - Panel Modeling. This will create the Brush Panel in your screen correctly
