Unable to load Meshmolder

Unable to load Meshmolder 5 on a windows 7 platform. access violation at address 0065942f in module meshmolder exe. read of address 00000000.
Any help would be appreciated.

Are you loading as administrator? The software installing will make ok?
Open the splash screen in exe?

Are you use tablet?? Or with mouse??

Loaded program as administrator. Ran program as administrator as well.
Attempting to load on a laptop-no mouse.
Splash screen opens, workspace opens (although is black).
Shows tools and options but warning will not let me use program.

Hoping I can get this to work. This program looks reminds me of Amorphium. Very impressed with some of the work I've seen.
